You will play a key role in a large and complex construction environment where contract management is central to successful project delivery. In this role, you will work closely with project leads, construction managers, and other stakeholders on site, helping create structure, reduce commercial risk, and support well-informed contractual decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

• You will manage site contractors from a contract management and contract administration perspective.
• You will work as part of an integrated cross-functional site team together with project and construction stakeholders.
• You will identify contractual and commercial risks and help drive mitigation actions.
• You will support the definition of contracting strategies for the project site organization.
• You will help process and enforce change requests, change orders, and claims.
• You will review and examine contracts as part of contract negotiations.
• You will coordinate and align with other contract managers to ensure a consistent way of working.
• You will contribute to a uniform interpretation of contractual clauses and the handling of changes, claims, and lessons learned.
• You will support teams on contractual matters and correspondence, both internally and externally.
• You will collaborate with functions such as Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Technical teams.
• You will provide support on contractual issues, risks, and opportunities, including analysis, mitigation, and follow-up.
• You will help ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant systems.

• Minimum 10 years experiences as Contract Manager for major construction projects
• Legal and/or Commercial and/or Technical background
• University degree or equivalent
• Clear, open, and direct communication skills in both spoken and written form

• Strong Swedish skills in both writing and speaking
