We are excited to announce the opening of a new Klättermusen store in Gothenburg, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to be part of this journey from the very beginning.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a store, shape a team, and bring the Klättermusen experience to life in a new market location.

The role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the team on the shop floor, and create an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Klättermusen brand.

You are passionate about the outdoors, retail excellence, and building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and performance
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Act as a brand ambassador and share product knowledge with customers
• Drive sales and ensure KPIs are met
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Ensure efficient stock management and operational processes
• Act as Store Manager in their absence

Who you are:

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• A strong passion for outdoor activities and sustainable products
• A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a hands-on approach
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who thrives on collaboration

The position is a full-time position based in Gothenburg, with start in August.
