Do you want to lead the transformation of next-generation ways of working, data utilization, and operational efficiency? We are now looking for a Head of Operational Excellence who will take a holistic approach to our development and continuous improvement journey.

As Head of Operational Excellence, you will have a broad and strategic responsibility for driving the development of our operating model, digitalization, and data-driven ways of working. You will work closely with the complete business unit Fighter Core Capabilities and lead initiatives that strengthen productivity, quality, and scalability.

You will be responsible over a department of approximately 30 employees, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling your team to succeed and grow.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and drive the Operational Excellence strategy across the Business Unit
• Implement and further develop ways of working
• Develop and strengthen BI support across the organization
• Ensure a structured and systematic approach to continuous improvement, with clear targets, follow-up, and measurable results
• Coach and support leaders and employees in improvement initiatives and change management
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and lead major improvement initiatives
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability
• Drive strategic direction when it comes to Information Management, IT and other supporting areas
• Ensure effective operational support to the business

You are a collaborative and forward-thinking leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in complex and changing environments, inspire engagement across teams, and have the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. With a structured and analytical mindset, you build trust, drive change, and create commitment around continuous improvement and operational excellence.

We believe you:

• Have experience leading teams and developing organizations, preferably with responsibility for larger groups
• Have experience leading large-scale transformation and improvement initiatives
• Have a strong understanding of data, BI, and digital tools
• Is experienced in managing complex programs and cross-functional teams
• Have solid experience in change management
• Is a clear and inspiring leader who can turn strategy into tangible results

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
