You will play a key role in strengthening product quality and the way of working in a production-focused environment. The assignment centers on making sure processes across the supply chain meet current requirements and directives, while creating clear structure for follow-up, improvement and quality assurance.

In this role, you work broadly across product, process and organization. You help identify gaps, initiate the right actions and create visibility around quality status for relevant stakeholders. You will also represent management or the customer in matters related to production quality and contribute to a strong quality culture through guidance and knowledge sharing.

• You evaluate ways of working and help ensure compliance with current requirements and directives.
• You plan, carry out and follow up product audits, process audits, internal audits and third-party audits.
• You monitor the quality status continuously and initiate quality-assuring measures when needed.
• You analyze statistics from the non-conformance reporting system and use the findings to support improvement work.
• You report quality status, audit results and improvement activities on an overall level to responsible stakeholders.
• You support work to ensure delivery criteria are met.
• You clarify needs and requirements within the quality area and help translate them into practical actions.
• You drive problem-solving activities, including CAPA, root cause analysis and corrective measures.
• You contribute to and, when needed, lead initiatives related to product and organizational development.
• You guide colleagues in the management system and support education within the areas owned by the quality function.

• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with production quality and quality assurance in a structured environment.
• Experience planning, performing and following up audits.
• Ability to evaluate processes and ways of working against requirements and directives.
• Experience following up quality performance and initiating improvement actions.
• Experience with non-conformance reporting, CAPA, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to report quality status and improvement work clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Experience guiding colleagues in management systems and supporting quality-related training.
• Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)
