You will join a business-critical transformation in banking, with focus on payments and data. In this role, you work across teams to capture needs, refine scope, and turn business goals into clear functional and system requirements that support delivery in a complex IT landscape.

You collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, operations, product management, architecture, development, QA, and subject matter experts. This is a role for you if you enjoy creating clarity in a fast-moving environment and want to influence initiatives that matter across both business and technology.

• You will lead, coordinate, and drive refinement work across teams and initiatives.
• You will collect, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and system requirement specifications.
• You will define scope together with stakeholders at different levels, from business and operations experts to architects, developers, and QA.
• You will support structured requirement work in an agile environment and help create shared understanding between business and IT.
• You will gather requirements directly from stakeholders, for example through workshops and ongoing dialogue.
• You will contribute to several parallel initiatives and help move work forward in large and complex deliveries.

• At least 15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst within IT in an agile environment.
• Experience documenting requirements in a structured manner.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish.
• A technical background and a technical education.
• Some years experience of working as a developer or tester.
• Previous experience from banks.
• Experience working with complex systems and/or large or complex projects.
• Experience handling many initiatives or projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across several areas.
• Experience collecting requirements directly from stakeholders, for instance through workshops.
