You will help strengthen security culture in a large, complex organization where secure behavior needs to work in everyday reality. In this role, you turn cybersecurity topics into practical learning, communication, and engagement that reach different audiences across the business. You will work closely with security specialists, communications, HR, and other stakeholders to make guidance clear, relevant, and usable. • You contribute to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of security awareness and culture initiatives.
• You develop engaging, role-based learning and communication materials.
• You help plan and run awareness campaigns, phishing simulations, and learning activities.
• You translate security risks and incidents into clear, relevant messages for different audiences.
• You measure the effectiveness of awareness initiatives using qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• You apply behavioral insights to improve engagement and adoption of secure practices.
• You help ensure security guidance is practical, usable, and aligned with how people actually work.
• You collaborate with security teams, communications, HR, and other stakeholders.
• You support incident-related communication activities when needed.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Information Security, Education, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity awareness, culture, communications, learning, or human risk.
• Hands-on experience delivering awareness campaigns and phishing simulations.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and common threats.

• Experience working in an enterprise environment.
• Good knowledge of English.
