Lead or support high-priority transformation initiatives as project or program manager or workstream lead, from scoping to delivery.
Shape new initiatives by defining purpose, scope, governance, and ways of working.
Break down complex problems into structured analysis to support decision-making (e.g. target state assessments, business cases, and impact assessments).
Coordinate workstreams and stakeholders across different parts of the bank to drive change in complex, cross-functional environments.
Work across a broad transformation agenda, including operating model changes, make or buy analysis, M&A, and large cross-group programs.
Two to three years of relevant experience, for example within:
Analytical and problem-solving roles, such as management consulting or similar.
Business development or transformation roles involving driving change or improvements end-to-end.
Master’s degree (or equivalent advanced graduate degree) in engineering, science, economics, or a related field.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
Interest in technology and how it is used to drive change in organisations.
Strong ability to structure complex problems, perform analysis, and translate insights into clear recommendations and decision material (e.g. PowerPoint decks, Excel models, or other written deliverables).
Strong sense of ownership and ability to take responsibility for deliverables and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
Ability and personal interest to engage stakeholders across the organisation, build trust, and contribute positively to team outcomes.
