We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Embedded Developer for a Technical Product Owner role, with strong expertise in AUTOSAR and C++.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical background and proven experience in embedded systems development within the automotive domain. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can actively support issue resolution when needed, while also driving coordination and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in embedded software development
• Deep understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and concepts
• Advanced proficiency in C++
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues hands-on
• Experience working in cross-functional and stakeholder-driven environments
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with product ownership responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact between engineering teams and stakeholders
• Support and guide development teams in solving technical challenges
• Drive technical discussions, prioritization, and alignment across teams
• Ensure smooth collaboration between product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions when required
• Maintain a strong overview of product delivery while remaining technically involved
