The role
You will lead and develop Business process partner assignment , securing performance of all identified assignments and ensuring a growing business through the development of people
The Business Process Partner shapes, improves, and maintains the processes in scope.
Working closely with stakeholders, the role leads modelling, documentation, and performance design—while also looking ahead to identify opportunities and improvements that make our ways of working more efficient and future‑ready.
As Business Process Partner Team Manager you will, among other task:
- Lead and develop Business process partner assignment , securing performance of all identified assignments and ensuring a growing business through the development of people
- Lead and develop co workers within assigned scope in terms of recruitment, development, performance management, retention and succession plans.
Contributing to developing competences within the scope of responsibility:
Identify needs and gaps and build competence plans to meet the short and long term business needs
- Conduct observations and interviews with process performers to understand business reality, identify pain points, find opportunities for improvement today and for the future and evaluate current workflows collaboratively with teams, using indirect leadership to influence adoption of automation or simplification solutions.
- Collaborate with Digital Product Teams to ensure digital solutions and data models are accurately designed, aligned with process requirements, and consistent with business needs.
- Model and document the process accurately according to the Business Process Framework, ensuring documentation supports users and capability development and it is easy to understand and follow.
- Identify competence needs arising from process changes and provide input into role profiles to ensure teams have the skills required for both current and future process performance.
- Ensures that business reality is embedded in process and capability development by creating, leading, and connecting cross‑functional subject matter expert and secure change management through deployment networks across the value chain, up to adoption in reality.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Experience in business process development, process mapping, or process governance.
- Good understanding of change management practices
- Deep knowledge about the specific processes, organisations and business in the field of work
- Good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA value chain, the process landscape and the IKEA organisation
- Highly motivated to lead people & competence development
