About the RoleYou will work with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics in a global environment where reliable data, clear reporting, and actionable insights support important business and customer experience decisions.
The role covers the full lifecycle of analytics solutions, from configuration and ongoing improvements to releases, maintenance, and support.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in product, analytics, and data engineering, and help connect business needs with robust analytics implementations across multiple channels.

Job Description- You will configure and maintain Customer Journey Analytics components for analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- You will support the implementation of CJA solutions that capture, process, and analyze multi-channel customer data.
- You will build and refine segments, calculated metrics, dashboards, and reports that create actionable insights.
- You will collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data flows, data quality, and timely integrations.
- You will contribute to development work on a regular basis and help ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
- You will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Digital Product Owners to turn needs into practical solutions.
- You will take part in Agile ways of working, including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- You will support releases, deployments, rollouts, and fixes in test, non-production, and production environments.
- You will create and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
- You will stay up to date on Adobe CJA capabilities and use that knowledge to strengthen future implementations.
Requirements- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms.
- Good understanding of analytics concepts such as key metrics, segmentation, and reporting workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and take ownership of your deliverables.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to complete background checks as part of the onboarding process.
Nice to have- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, or related tools in the Adobe ecosystem.
- Relevant Adobe certifications.
