Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Tester

What You Will Work On

• Drive quality assurance and test leadership across digital service delivery
• Analyze requirements and convert them into structured test scenarios and validation criteria
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites
• Automate manual testing activities including exploratory and regression testing
• Build and improve testing frameworks and identify opportunities for further automation
• Validate UI, API, backend, integration, and end-to-end workflows
• Investigate failures through logs, integrations, browser tools, and operational analysis
• Manage defect reporting, analysis, and resolution follow-up
• Support deployment and release activities from both functional and business perspectives
• Improve service monitoring and reliability practices
• Manage and maintain test data across environments
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to define acceptance criteria
• Support team capability growth by coaching testers in automation practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering quality processes

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing with test leadership responsibilities
• Strong technical and automation background with analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience automating test cases across UI, API, and backend layers
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable regression testing suites
• Strong knowledge of API testing using tools such as Insomnia and Postman
• Practical experience working with REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket architectures
• Experience testing distributed and microservice-based systems
• Strong understanding of Software Test Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience using test management platforms and testing governance practices
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, or equivalent
• Experience integrating testing into DevOps and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to perform exploratory testing and manual validation when required
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration capabilities
• Comfortable operating independently while driving quality initiatives
