Your roleDo you want to lead a business of an advanced product portfolio in an organization where technology, innovation, and collaboration are at the forefront? We are now looking for an engaged and strategic Head of Contract & Project Management for our Ground Support Systems, new Radar Warner and Jammer products.
The Product Unit EW is a part of the Business Unit Fighter Core Capabilities within Surveillance. The Product Unit is responsible for profitability, strategies, budgets and long- and short term goals for the portfolio within the EW Product family. The product unit consists of contract- project- and product management as well as System design, Software development, Integration and Verification.
As Department Manager for Contract & Project Management GSS, New RWR and Jammer within Product Unit EW, you will play a central role in turning strategy into successful delivery. You will be accountable for contract execution and project delivery across several critical programs and studies, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled on time, with the right quality, and with strong business performance.
You will lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Technical Project Managers, building a culture defined by accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. By setting clear expectations and fostering engagement, you will enable your team to perform at their best in a complex and dynamic environment. You will also be a part of the PU EW Management team.
A key part of your mission is to create the conditions for successful execution-internally as well as externally. You will work in close cooperation with platform integrators, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and strong partnerships throughout the full lifecycle.
Beyond execution, you will also contribute to growth by supporting business development, driving add-on sales to existing customers, and ensuring robust contract establishment for future business.
