Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an Assignment Manager / Project Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Lead cross-functional assignments related to bus chassis development and field quality
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, and business stakeholders
  • Drive project execution and ensure delivery according to agreed objectives and timelines
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and support structured problem-solving activities
  • Ensure implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
  • Support field quality initiatives and customer-related market actions when required
  • Develop and lead project teams toward successful delivery outcomes
  • Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively
  • Coordinate introduction and implementation of developed solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, tools, and operational efficiency
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and improving ways of working

What You Bring

  • MSc or BSc degree with 4–6 years of experience within product development and project delivery
  • Experience working as a Project Manager, Assignment Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Experience coordinating and driving cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Understanding of product development processes and structured project execution
  • Experience facilitating root cause analysis and driving implementation of solutions
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across engineering, operations, suppliers, and business functions
  • Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented approach to work
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the confidence to challenge and drive progress when needed
  • Ability to work independently and maintain momentum in dynamic environments
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Swedish language skills and project management education/certification are considered advantageous
