Inter IKEA Group is organized into three core businesses - Range, Supply and Retail Concept - and five enabling functions. Together we contribute to the success of IKEA and share responsibility for the franchise offer.

We are now looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams shaping our core data foundation. In this role, you will help build and evolve the platforms that power analytics, insights, AI, and operations across our business. Together with your team, you will work on scalable data platforms and capabilities such as Databricks-based processing, the IKEA Data Warehouse (IDW), and Knowledge Graph solutions. These are key building blocks that make our data reliable, connected, and ready to create value.
You will lead and support engineering teams delivering core data platform capabilities, including Databricks, large-scale processing, and the modernisation of the IKEA Data Warehouse (IDW), alongside knowledge graph and semantic modelling initiatives. You will take end-to-end ownership of platform delivery, stability, and continuous improvement while driving modern, scalable, domain-oriented data architectures in collaboration with Data & Analytics, Platform, and Domain teams. You will ensure high standards in data quality, governance, performance, security, and compliance, while embedding best practices in engineering, CI/CD, automation, and shaping the long-term data platform strategy.
