Do you want to be part of strategically leading an organization where technology, innovation, and collaboration are at the forefront? We are now looking for an engaged and forward-learning Head of Strategy & Business Support for our product unit.

The Product Unit EW is a part of the Business Unit Fighter Core Capabilities within Surveillance. The Product Unit is responsible for profitability, strategies, budgets and long- and short term goals for the portfolio within the EW Product family. The product unit consists of contract- project- and product management as well as System design, Software development, Integration and Verification.

As Manager for Strategy & Business Support within Product Unit EW, you will play a key role in shaping our future. You will work in close cooperation with customers and users, leading strategic initiatives from concept to execution - ensuring our offerings meet both current and future market needs. You will lead a team working with our business strategy and be part of the PU EW management team, contributing to overall direction and growth. As part of the role you will also be responsible for the Sales & Operation Planning as well as the Strategic Workforce Planning within the PU.

You will also be responsible for business support and bid execution, ensuring high-quality, competitive offers that translate into successful contracts.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop the Strategy & Business Support team
• Define and drive the business strategy
• Breakdown of the strategy into a PU strategy plan
• Drive the Financial Business Plan for the PU
• Drive business support activities, including bids and cost calculations
• Responsible for Sales & Operations Planning
• Responsible for Strategic Workforce Planning
• Budget and cost responsibility
• Ensure effective processes, governance, and follow-up
• Contribute to a culture of transparency, engagement, and continuous learning

You are a motivated leader with a strong technical foundation and business mindset. You are comfortable in complex environments where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You are proactive, positive, and see opportunities where others see challenges.

We believe you have:

• Proven experience in driving strategy work
• Leadership experience with personnel and budget responsibility
• Solid understanding of technology and product development
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across stakeholders

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
