About the role
As Learning Designer, you shape and create meaningful learning experiences that help co-workers build the capabilities needed to perform at their best. You lead the end-to-end design of learning experiences – from understanding business needs to creating clear learning architectures and high-quality learning solutions.
You work closely with Learning Area Leaders, business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure learning experiences are coherent, learner-centric, performance focused and scalable across the IKEA system. Using insights, feedback and data, you continuously improve the learning experience and its impact.
About you
You are curious, creative and motivated by turning complex needs into simple and engaging learning experiences. You combine strong learning design and learning experience competence with a hands-on mindset and creation capability, and enjoy moving between strategic thinking and practical creation.
You collaborate easily, communicate clearly and take ownership of your work. You are driven by quality, guided by IKEA values and inspired by improving life at home through learning. You enjoy working collaboratively in an agile team with a shared responsibility for development and lifecycle management of a high impact learning portfolio.

We are currently hiring for 10 roles in this position. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Älmhult, Sweden or Delft, the NL.
