About the RoleYou will step into a cross-functional role where field quality issues are turned into concrete improvements in bus development. Working in an automotive environment with many interfaces, you will lead assignments focused mainly on bus chassis and help move solutions from identified issue to implemented action.
You will collaborate closely with teams in field quality, procurement, design, production and supplier-facing functions. In some cases, you will also support market actions together with field quality to help end customers. This is a role for you who enjoy creating structure in complex work, bringing people together and keeping momentum in assignments that matter. Job DescriptionYou will lead and develop the project teams you manage in cross-functional assignments linked to field quality and bus chassis development.
You will facilitate root cause analysis and drive the work with the team to identify and confirm root causes.
You will define timelines together with the team, follow progress closely and escalate when needed to keep delivery on track.
You will coordinate and secure the introduction of the solutions developed by your teams.
You will contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes to increase efficiency and shorten lead times for customers.
You will stay active in the team and add energy, structure and initiative in both collaborative and independent work.
MSc or BSc degree.
4-6 years’ experience of product development including project management.
Previous experience working as a Project Manager or Assignment Manager in the client environment.
Fluent English.
You are structured, motivated and proactive, and you communicate clearly while working well across functions.
You are comfortable working independently and confident enough to challenge and drive progress when needed.
Project management education or certification.
Previous experience from bus-related operations or a specific internal product area within the client's organization.
Swedish.
