Where Advanced Electronics Meets Robust Product Development

Multiply is an end-to-end provider of products, services, and training within embedded systems, functional safety, cybersecurity, electronics, and advanced product development. Our platform, VisFlow, enables structured development, compliance, and lifecycle governance across safety- and security-critical systems.

We are now looking for an experienced Electronics Design Engineer for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our customers. The assignment focuses on the development of advanced electronics for products operating under high reliability requirements and demanding environmental conditions — from requirements analysis to complete product realization.

About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a technical engineering team responsible for electronics design for products with electronic content. The work is project-based and carried out in close collaboration with other engineering disciplines such as systems engineering, mechanics, software, testing, and verification.

The main focus will be on PCB design, including both analog and digital hardware design, as well as developing robust electronic solutions that meet requirements related to signal integrity, EMC, reliability, and performance in challenging environments.

You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from interpreting and breaking down requirements to design, analysis, troubleshooting, verification support, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electronics Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing printed circuit boards, including both analog and digital electronics
• Performing analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations
• Interpreting, breaking down, and managing technical requirements
• Supporting testing, verification, and validation activities
• Developing robust solutions with consideration for EMC, signal integrity, reliability, and manufacturability
• Producing technical documentation such as specifications, design descriptions, test documentation, and reports
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, mechanics, systems, and verification

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation in electronics development and a structured way of working. You enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and are comfortable working in environments where quality, traceability, and reliability are critical.

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in electronics development
• A university degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or equivalent experience
• Solid experience in PCB design and layout
• Experience in both analog and digital hardware design
• Good understanding of EMC, signal integrity, robustness, and reliable electronics design

Experience working with requirements-driven development

Ability to work in a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented way

Strong collaboration skills and experience from cross-functional engineering teams

Swedish Citizenship and security clearance will be required.

Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise for electronics design and simulation is highly meriting.
