You will take a key role in a large international payroll transformation where secure, compliant, and stable payroll operations are critical across multiple countries and subsidiaries. In this assignment, you will act as the internal Project Manager and drive governance, coordination, and delivery in a complex enterprise environment with many stakeholders and dependencies.

The focus is on leading a Managed as a Service payroll rollout with strong oversight of integrations between payroll platforms and core enterprise systems such as HCM and treasury or payment environments. You will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Security, Audit, and external payroll providers to keep the program aligned, controlled, and moving forward.

• You will lead end-to-end project governance and delivery management for a global payroll transformation.
• You will own integrated project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and reporting for steering forums and executive stakeholders.
• You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Security, and Audit.
• You will govern external payroll vendor delivery and follow up on SLA performance.
• You will oversee integration workstreams between payroll platforms and enterprise systems.
• You will drive testing, UAT, cutover readiness, go-live planning, and stabilization activities.
• You will manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and compliance-related follow-up throughout the rollout.
• You will coordinate phased deployment across countries and subsidiaries while keeping delivery aligned with business priorities.
• You will ensure project and compliance documentation is accurate, structured, and audit-ready.

• Valid project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience leading global payroll transformation projects.
• Strong experience managing enterprise integrations involving payroll, HCM, and financial systems.
• Proven experience in vendor governance and delivery management.
• Experience working with RAID management, stage gates, and executive steering forums.
• Solid understanding of enterprise compliance, information security, and data privacy requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders in an international environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Experience working in large international enterprise environments.
• Previous experience with Managed as a Service delivery models.
• Experience coordinating multi-country payroll rollouts.
• Strong understanding of payroll continuity and cutover management.
