At Alleima Tube IT, our M3 Competence Center plays an important role in helping business processes across production and sales units worldwide stay efficient, compliant, and ready for the future. We are in the middle of an exciting M3 journey and are now looking for people who want to contribute by improving, shaping, and supporting how ERP enables the business. Your Role

We are expanding our M3 Competence Center and are looking for a Business Process Specialist within the production Quality area. This role could suit someone with solid experience, but also someone with the right potential, business understanding, and motivation to develop further in a global ERP environment.

You will act as a key link between global business processes and our M3 solution, ensuring a transparent, end-to-end production flow where customer demands are translated into correct, traceable data in the ERP system – enabling better ways of working and strengthening our world class quality.

You will work closely with Quality, testing departments and other key stakeholders to drive standardization, efficiency, and long-term sustainability in our ERP landscape – supporting compliant delivery in line with our customers’ standards and expectations.

Main focus areas for the position:

• Drive M3 implementations and improvements within quality, ensuring solutions support customer requirements, are robust and scalable, and aligned with our global quality standards.
• Challenge and develop business processes, with a focus on standard M3 functionality, efficiency, compliance, and clear information flow end-to-end.
• Own and secure requirement specifications for change requests, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with quality and IT standards and architecture principles.
• Act as a trusted partner to the business, translating operational and customer-driven quality needs into effective ERP solutions and facilitating constructive dialogue across functions and geographies.
• Contribute to the long-term ERP roadmap, supporting Alleima’s global rollout and continuous improvement agenda, with quality and standardization in mind.

Location for the position is in Sandviken, Sweden. Currently we’re not able to provide global relocation packages for this position.

About You

We put great value in your personal characteristics, which are defined by an eagerness to learn, curiosity and a team-oriented mindset. Along with that we’re looking for some hard skills listed below. Please note that you don’t have to check all the boxes to be relevant for this position.

• University degree in relevant fields connected to Production Quality and testing or equally obtained knowledge from work experience. We welcome different backgrounds and value practical experience.
• Experience in M3 or another ERP system is a strong advantage, but we also welcome candidates with strong process understanding, data awareness, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience in global organizations is an advantage, as we operate in an international environment.
• Holistic, end-to-end mindset - you see how one change impacts another and can explain how solutions work in the full customer quality flow.
• Hungry to learn—driven by curiosity, you proactively ask questions, seek insights, and develop your competence continuously. We believe attitude and willingness to learn can be just as important as ticking every box from the start.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; you build trust across a broad stakeholder network and translate between operations and IT.
• Strong ownership and the right mindset—experience matters, but so do your ability to take responsibility, collaborate with others, and grow into the role with a positive, forward-leaning, and solution-oriented approach.
• As we operate in a global organization, English is a natural part of your everyday work.
