Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Release Lead / Project Manager for a strategic SAP transformation program within the manufacturing industry.

What You Will Work On

• Lead delivery of SAP template rollout projects and related release activities
• Act as a key contributor within program leadership to establish rollout governance and operating models
• Drive planning and execution of upcoming go-live activities
• Coordinate business-specific implementation activities across the SAP program
• Monitor delivery progress and consolidate reporting across workstreams
• Manage issues impacting scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources
• Coordinate dependencies and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external implementation partners
• Support program and portfolio planning activities
• Drive structured communication and decision-making across the transformation program
• Ensure successful implementation execution and transition readiness

What You Bring

• Academic degree within Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Proven experience leading complex SAP-based business transformation initiatives
• Strong experience in program leadership and portfolio planning across business and technology domains
• Experience delivering ERP implementation projects and understanding organizational change impacts
• Strong project planning experience across multiple delivery methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Excel, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools
• Strong understanding of release planning and enterprise delivery coordination
• Professional proficiency in English
• Good communication skills in Swedish
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives
