You will work both independently and collaboratively, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance and business leaders on a broad range of complex legal and strategic matters in a global setting.
What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain contract frameworks, templates, and negotiation guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in commercial and R&D contracting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Swedish and EU legal and regulatory requirements, and support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance programmes, including whistleblowing systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on legal, regulatory, and governance matters, enabling informed decision-making and balanced risk management.
- Collaborate with regional and global legal teams and manage external counsel in relation to disputes, regulatory matters, and competition/antitrust issues.
- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and due diligence processes, particularly in connection with partnerships, investments, and new business initiatives.
- Deliver practical legal training and guidance to business teams to strengthen legal awareness and foster a strong compliance culture.
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments in the automotive, R&D, and technology sectors, and proactively advise stakeholders on their potential impact.
