We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to strengthen the operational execution of RaySearch's global partnerships. In this role, you will support the management and development of RaySearch's strategic partnerships, working closely with our Strategic Partnerships Managers and senior leadership. You will play an important role in ensuring structured partner governance, smooth coordination, and high-quality day-to-day collaboration with our partners, ensuring that partnerships contribute to RaySearch's commercial and strategic objectives. You will be based at our head office in Stockholm (Hagastaden) and report to the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy. You will be part of a small and experienced partner group and collaborate closely with colleagues across Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and other internal teams.This is a hands-on role with a strong operational focus, combining coordination, partner interaction, documentation, and contribution to partnership development initiatives. Over time, you will also take ownership of selected partner relationships under guidance, providing an opportunity to grow within strategic partnerships.
Your main tasks
Support Strategic Partnership Managers in the day-to-day management and coordination of partners
Coordinate partnership-related activities and projects with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare materials, proposals, documentation, and follow-ups related to partnership activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner information, agreements, and tracking
Support licensing related to partners
Contribute to evaluation of new partnership opportunities, including background analysis and business cases
Assist in assessing existing partnerships and contribute to recommendations for improvement
Manage selected partner relationships under guidance and act as a point of contact
Coordinate partner meetings including agendas, documentation, and follow-up
Support onboarding of new partners and structured ongoing partner management
Contribute to continuous improvement of partner processes, tools, and templates
Your profile
You are a structured and service-minded professional with an interest in business collaboration and partnerships. You enjoy supporting more senior colleagues while gradually taking on increased responsibility, and you value accuracy, collaboration, and execution.Experience & skills:
Relevant higher education such as Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Finance/Economics, Marketing, or similar
Experience from a business-oriented role involving coordination and multiple stakeholders
Very good command of English, spoken and written
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Interest in medtech and/or software
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you also have experience with languages, Chinese or Japanese in particular, and with sales, sales support, or customer support.
