Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an Adoption & Enablement Specialist for a consulting assignment within a large enterprise environment focused on emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

What You Will Work On

• Support adoption and enablement activities related to emerging technologies
• Perform research, analysis, and information gathering activities
• Structure and coordinate workstreams and follow-up activities
• Gather business needs and support stakeholder alignment
• Contribute to planning and execution of enablement initiatives
• Create reports, documentation, and status updates
• Support communication and coordination between teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvements within technology adoption processes
• Assist with tracking progress, activities, and delivery milestones
• Support digital transformation and innovation-related initiatives

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to structure, coordinate, and manage work activities effectively
• Experience performing research, analysis, and information gathering
• Experience with needs gathering and stakeholder communication
• Strong planning and follow-up capabilities
• Experience creating reports, documentation, and status presentations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
