Randstad Digital is currently seeking a driven and experienced Tech Lead for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg on behalf of our client, Mölnlycke Health Care. You will be a key player in Mölnlycke's Digital Enablement organisation, providing technical leadership for the development and operations of their global e-commerce and customer portal solution.

In this role, you will lead a delivery team through a major digital transformation, adopting a new DevOps operating model with end-to-end ownership of technology solutions. This is a chance to have a real tangible impact within a global business and see how your work directly contributes to improving healthcare for patients and professionals across the globe.

Location: Mölndal with a requirement of minimum 3 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, your focus will be on driving the team’s mission and ensuring the performance and integrity of the solution architecture.

• Technical Leadership - Lead and support the team in software development, technical architecture, and engineering work.
• Hands-on Development - Engage in hands-on software development while contributing to DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
• Solution Design - Secure and safeguard the integrity of the solution architecture, ensuring it is flexible, re-usable, and in sync with business needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with business stakeholders and partners to maximize value and promote best practice architecture.
• Artifact Management - Develop and manage architectural and software development artifacts for applications and platforms within scope.

Qualifications

We are looking for a senior leader who combines deep technical knowledge in full-stack web development with a comprehensive understanding of API-oriented architecture.

• Experience - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within software development.
• Education - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Tech Stack:
  • Strong skills in Frontend development (JavaScript frameworks such as Angular).
  • Strong skills in Backend development (.NET).
  • Experience with Azure and Elastic cloud solutions.
• DevOps & Agile - Proven experience in agile development and optimizing the DevOps toolchain using tools like GitHub/Bitbucket, Jira, and Pulumi.
• API & eCommerce - Deep knowledge of building/consuming REST APIs and experience with global eCommerce solutions.
