Assignment Description

We are seeking an Operations and Project Coordinator

What You Will Work On

• Plan and coordinate monthly Steering Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics
• Collect, consolidate, review, and finalize presentation materials
• Organize meeting invitations and ensure smooth execution of formal sessions
• Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
• Track follow-ups and ensure progress on agreed actions
• Establish effective feedback loops and drive post-meeting execution
• Strengthen collaboration between European teams and global headquarters (CTO Office)
• Support and coordinate special projects, initiatives, and business-critical activities
• Initiate and manage internal coordination to meet organizational requirements
• Act as a proactive driver to move topics forward across teams and stakeholders

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Solid project management and coordination capabilities
• Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Structured, proactive, and self-driven approach
