Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Ontologist for an exciting assignment focused on AI, semantic models, and knowledge graphs.

What You Will Work On

• Design and develop ontologies and semantic knowledge structures
• Model business concepts, relationships, rules, and inference patterns
• Structure information for AI search, GraphRAG, and agent-based systems
• Work with both structured and unstructured enterprise data
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and data scientists
• Support integration of ontologies into AI and knowledge-driven systems
• Create documentation and semantic model descriptions
• Validate semantic models against business workflows and use cases
• Contribute to governance and management of knowledge models
• Support AI systems with structured semantic context and knowledge representation

What You Bring

• Experience with ontologies and knowledge representation
• Strong knowledge of semantic standards including RDF, OWL, SHACL, and SPARQL
• Experience with ontology management platforms
• Understanding of how ontologies are used in AI, RAG, and agentic systems
• Experience modeling and structuring complex information
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, product, and data teams
• Relevant education within information science, computer science, or similar field
• Strong analytical and structured mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
