Assignment Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to support their operations within supplier-related complaint and claims management.
What You Will Work On
- Drive supplier complaints and claims from registration to closure
- Ensure structured root cause analysis using 8D methodology
- Follow up and verify corrective and preventive actions with suppliers
- Support supplier quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding quality deviations
- Maintain quality documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement within quality assurance processes
- Support validation and verification activities when required
What You Bring
- Experience working within quality engineering or supplier quality management
- Knowledge of supplier complaint and claims handling processes
- Experience conducting structured root cause analysis using 8D
- Ability to follow up and verify supplier corrective actions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured and detail-oriented mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive quality activities
