Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer

What You Will Work On

• Develop and implement integrations between e-commerce systems and promotion/rules engines
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Support stable and reliable production deployments
• Work with microservices-based architectures and cloud-native environments
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain technical documentation and share key learnings with the team
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment automation
• Support scalable and secure backend solution development

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience in backend software development
• Strong expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot
• Experience with JUnit and automated testing practices
• Strong knowledge of Maven and dependency management
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures
• Experience working with Azure cloud environments
• Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
• Ability to write scalable, maintainable, and production-ready code
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional development teams
