Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst to join a major transformation initiative involving the implementation of a new IT platform supporting and future-proofing operations within the Custody domain.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and drive business and technical requirements analysis activities
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
• Align business needs with capabilities of standard platform solutions
• Bridge the gap between business expectations and technical possibilities
• Support solution evaluation, feasibility analysis, and implementation planning
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers, and project managers
• Contribute to system-related and technical requirement specifications
• Support analysis of integrations, protocols, and platform capabilities
• Follow up and challenge proposed solutions to ensure simplicity and effectiveness
• Drive stakeholder communication and requirement alignment across teams
• Support transformation and modernization initiatives within the Custody domain
• Work across the full product and project lifecycle in agile delivery environments

What You Bring

• Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
• Technical background through education and/or previous experience as a developer or tester
• Knowledge and experience within the Custody domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with complex systems and large-scale transformation projects
• Ability to work effectively in fast-moving and changing environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating across multiple business and technical domains
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within teams
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and initiatives simultaneously
