About the Role

You will join a newly established product organization where Dynamics 365 Customer Service is a central part of the digital landscape. Together with a dedicated multidisciplinary product team, you will help build and evolve solutions that connect with other products across the business.

This role combines hands-on development with close collaboration around integrations, customization, configuration, deployment, and release. You will also be an important part of the CI/CD journey and contribute to how the product is developed and managed in a modern Agile setup. It is a strong opportunity if you want to influence both the solution and the way it is delivered in an enterprise B2C environment.

Job Description
  • You design and develop customizations and configurations in MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
  • You build and improve integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
  • You contribute to CI/CD, deployment, release, and Application Lifecycle Management for Dynamics 365 solutions and connected services.
  • You work closely with the product team in sprint planning, refinement, discovery, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • You help clarify features and user stories and support prioritization in an Agile Scrum and DevOps environment.
  • You collaborate across product teams to create connected digital products and maximize delivery of value.
  • You support work in line with relevant frameworks and standards for digital products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of product development experience in designing and developing solutions using MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
  • Experience developing on Azure and other SaaS products
  • Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Very good understanding of MS Dynamics integrations
  • Experience from enterprise-level environments for several years
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs for consuming and publishing data
  • Experience in Azure API Management
  • Experience designing and developing integrations to external systems and services using Azure Service Bus and external APIs
  • Experience working with JavaScript, Typescript, and C#
  • Good knowledge of spec-driven development
  • You are comfortable working in a cross-functional team and coordinating with others to move delivery forward
Nice to have
  • Experience with DevOps tools for source control, build, quality assurance, and release of Dynamics 365 solutions and integrations
  • Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a B2C context
  • Experience building workflows with GitHub Actions
  • Experience from the retail domain
