You will join an inverter system team in an automotive environment where electrification is a key part of the product journey. In this role, you work close to the core of the inverter system, with a strong focus on system design and requirement elicitation. The assignment combines technical depth with a broad system perspective, where you help turn product needs into clear, structured and safe system solutions.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and contribute to decisions that affect both software and hardware in the power electronics domain. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy connecting requirements, system thinking and safety in a complex electric drive context.

• You will drive inverter system design and help shape how the system is defined and developed.
• You will work with requirement elicitation and turn needs from stakeholders into clear system requirements.
• You will break down requirements into manageable parts that support development across the system.
• You will coordinate with stakeholders and create alignment around technical direction and system scope.
• You will contribute to system safety design with focus on robust and reliable solutions.
• You will support dialogue with suppliers and help ensure technical expectations are understood and followed.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• Experience in power electronics software and hardware.
• Knowledge of electric drive systems.
• Experience in requirement management.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink.
• Experience with CarWeaver.
