Assignment Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager / Account Coordinator

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate operational processes across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Support stable operations, quality assurance, and compliance activities
• Manage manual review processes for complex operational cases
• Handle exception management and escalation workflows
• Coordinate ownership and responsibilities across cross-functional teams
• Support appeals processes and follow-up of operational decisions
• Ensure required human involvement in blocking and rejection decisions
• Work with AI-supported operational processes and governance flows
• Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and process quality
• Contribute to structured process management and operational clarity
• Collaborate with technical, operational, legal, and business stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of platform operations and governance models

What You Bring

• Experience working with operational coordination and process management in complex organizations
• Strong experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage sensitive or complex operational decisions in a structured manner
• Experience creating clarity, ownership, and accountability within environments with many dependencies
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to balance collaboration with independent responsibility
• Understanding of AI-automated operational processes and where human review remains necessary
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working approach
