About the role:
As a Junior Chemical Lab Technician, you'll play an important role in ArgusEye’s production of advanced sensor chips used in the biopharmaceutical industry. Working hands-on in our state-of-the-art labs, you’ll help ensure high quality, precision, and reproducibility throughout the production process.
You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where production and R&D work closely together, giving you the opportunity to contribute to both daily operations and the continuous improvement of our workflows and lab processes. This is a role for someone who enjoys structured lab work, values accuracy, and wants to grow in an innovative and fast-moving company.
What you'll do:
Plan and execute production of various sensor chips by carefully following established protocols.
Characterize sensor chips and perform quality control to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
Maintain laboratory notebooks, production documentation, and electronic records according to data quality and integrity standards.
Operate laboratory equipment and characterization tools in daily production work.
Perform regular lab maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with colleagues across production and R&D to support ongoing development and manufacturing activities.

About you:
Minimum of a BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or similar field.
Experience working with laboratory tools and equipment through studies or previous work experience.
Strong understanding of general chemical principles and biomolecular interactions.
Ability to perform laboratory procedures accurately and reproducibly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience working in a regulated industry and/or with QMS systems.
Experience with analytical methods such as HPLC and UV-VIS spectrometry.
Experience in maintaining structured laboratory documentation and production records.
