Senior Radio Manual Test Engineer responsible for overall radio quality, performance metrics, and compliance with regional broadcasting standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in radio, infotainment, or multimedia testing
• Strong understanding of FM/DAB technologies
• Experience with performance and UX validation
• Advanced log analysis skills
• Strong documentation and reporting skills

Job responsibilities

• Own radio testing strategy and coverage
• Validate complex handover scenarios (FM↔DAB, DAB↔DAB)
• Analyze system behavior during signal degradation and recovery
• Define performance KPIs (switching time, audio interruptions)
• Ensure compliance with regional broadcasting standards
• Support integration testing with navigation, Bluetooth, and OTA updates
• Mentor team members and review test results
