You will step into a key role in a large-scale D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation for a global company in the automotive industry. The assignment is centered on making sure IT deliveries stay on track across commercial business units, from early planning to go-live support and handover.

This is a role for you if you enjoy turning complex ERP plans into structured execution. You will work in an environment with multiple stakeholders, market-specific needs, external partners, and several parallel dependencies that need to move in sync. You will bridge business expectations and technical delivery, making sure the implementation stays aligned with the overall project plan while practical details such as configuration, integrations, data migration, and hypercare are handled with quality.

You will collaborate closely with business-side implementation leads, blueprint teams, and external solution partners, while also leading the D365 delivery team on the IT side. • You will lead IT deliveries within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation projects across commercial business units.
• You will plan and drive key implementation activities such as configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare, and handover.
• You will coordinate and guide a squad of functional and technical D365 consultants, creating clarity around priorities, scope, and delivery.
• You will ensure alignment between technical delivery, business requirements, and the overall project plan.
• You will act as the main IT counterpart to business project managers and implementation managers working with process implementation and change management.
• You will manage dependencies with solution design, development, integration teams, banks, localisation tracks, and external ISV partners.
• You will document market-specific configurations and deviations from the standard blueprint.
• You will follow progress, risks, and dependencies closely to secure timely and successful delivery.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations.
• Solid background in project leadership within complex ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors.
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies, and ERP architecture.
• Ability to manage several dependencies in a complex delivery environment.
• Fluent English.

• Experience working with market-specific localisation needs.
• Familiarity with external ISV solutions such as Comarch, Truvio Exflow, or SK Global TAS.
• Swedish language skills.
