You will take a key role in driving a large-scale D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation in a complex international environment. The assignment sits at the intersection of business and IT, where you will make sure technical delivery stays aligned with business needs, project goals, and local market conditions.

You will work across commercial business units and lead delivery through the full implementation lifecycle, from planning and configuration to go-live support and handover. The environment includes multiple dependencies across solution design, development, integrations, external vendors, and local adaptations. • You will lead IT deliveries within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation projects.
• You will plan and drive implementation activities such as configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare, and handover.
• You will lead a squad of functional and technical D365 consultants and create clear direction across the delivery.
• You will align technical execution with business requirements and the overall project plan.
• You will act as the main IT counterpart to business-side project leaders responsible for process implementation and change management.
• You will coordinate dependencies with solution design, development, integration teams, banks, localisation packs, and external software vendors.
• You will document and manage market-specific configurations and deviations from the standard solution design.
• You will follow up on progress, risks, and dependencies to secure timely and successful delivery.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors.
• Good understanding of integrations, data migration strategies, and ERP architecture.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively.

• Experience from international rollout environments with market-specific adaptations.
• Experience working with external ISV solutions connected to D365 implementations.
