We are looking for a IT Service Team Leader- Chinese Speaking for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.

Start is in May 2026, 12-month limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Description:

We are looking for an IT Service team leader that will have overall responsibility for building, developing and long-term managing the IT workflow in EU. The assignment involves creating a stable and effective structure for operational support within IT and ensuring that services are delivered with high quality. The role also includes responsibility for the IAM part for shared service.

This position is for 100% on-site in Gothenburg.

Scope:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinating the work between different technical teams, driving the work forward and ensuring clear and ongoing communication both internally within the IT organization and externally to the business.

• Overall life cycle responsibility, from planning and prioritization to follow-up and further development.

• Setting direction and clear priorities for the team's work, allocating resources in the best way and ensuring that the efforts are in line with the needs of the business.

• Budget responsibility and continuous follow-up of delivery, quality and results are a natural part of the responsibility.

• With a clear service perspective, lead the function that ensures that changes in the IT environment are managed in a structured way, from planning and coordination to implementation and follow-up.

• Ensure that the right stakeholders are involved, that dependencies are managed and that everyone is coordinated on what to solve and how.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in managed IT service of automotive industry.

• Have experience in creating service workflow, IT structure, clarity and order in complex contexts.

• Have experience in supporting IT client hardware and platform.

• Have experience in working with global teams.

• Have strong communication, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Have good knowledge of Chinese and English, both spoken and written.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in May 2026, 12 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
