You will step into a broad legal role in an international environment where technology, engineering and commercial priorities meet. The assignment focuses on supporting ongoing legal work across commercial matters, contract handling and corporate governance.

You will work close to teams in engineering, technology and procurement, advising on legal questions tied to development, testing, supplier relationships and compliance. This is a role for you if you enjoy combining legal precision with business understanding in a fast-moving setting where you can make a clear impact.

• You will draft, review and negotiate commercial, R&D, supplier and service agreements.
• You will provide legal support to engineering, technology and procurement teams.
• You will advise on legal matters related to automotive and technology, including intellectual property, testing, development and compliance.
• You will support purchasing and RFQ processes from a legal perspective.
• You will manage and coordinate external legal counsel when needed.
• You will contribute to corporate governance, internal policies and compliance activities.

• You have a law degree.
• You have several years of relevant legal experience from an in-house role and/or a law firm.
• You have a solid background in commercial contract law.
• You have experience working in an international and cross-border environment.
• You are fluent in English.

• Experience from the automotive, technology or engineering sector.
