Assignment Description

We are seeking three Senior Backend Developers

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement batch and ETL workflows (Spring Batch, Apache Camel)
• Work with relational databases (MSSQL), including queries and stored procedures
• Build integrations using Kafka, REST APIs, and legacy/mainframe interfaces
• Contribute to modernization efforts, including migration to Kubernetes-based platforms
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
• Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines
• Implement security practices such as authentication, authorization, and audit logging
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems using observability tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile (SAFe) environment

What You Bring

• 8–10+ years of experience in backend software development
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience working with databases (MSSQL, JPA, stored procedures)
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Spring Batch (for one of the roles)
• Familiarity with containerized platforms (Kubernetes, Linux)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory)
• Knowledge of security mechanisms such as JWT and audit logging
• Experience working in agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
• Ability to work independently after onboarding and collaborate effectively in teams
