About our team
Meet the AI Adoption team.
Our role is to accelerate Nordea's transformation toward an AI-driven future by ensuring our workforce has the skills and mindset needed to leverage AI technology effectively.
This position is a fulltime, permanent role, with hybrid working location based in Helsinki, Finland, Gdansk / Gdynia / Warsaw, Poland, or Stockholm, Sweden.
Main responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting strategic AI transformation initiatives designed by senior team members across Business Areas and Group Functions
- Developing executive communication materials including presentations, strategic briefings, and decision-support documents for senior leadership
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement activities and workshops to drive AI adoption alignment across diverse organizational teams
- Creating strategic communications content under guidance from team leadership, including transformation playbooks, adoption stories, and change management materials
- Tracking transformation metrics and preparing analytical reports for leadership review and strategic decision-making
- Coordinating cross-functional collaboration for AI adoption initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships across the organization
- Supporting change management activities to promote AI awareness and facilitate organizational transformation toward AI adoption
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are passionate about strategic transformation, have strong communication skills, and enjoy facilitating organizational change through structured problem-solving.
You thrive in cross-functional consulting environments, can translate complex strategic concepts into clear communications, and have the ability to influence and support stakeholders toward AI transformation.
Your background and skills include:
- MSc in Business Administration, Industrial Economy, Management, Communications, or another related field relevant for the role
- Management consulting background with approximately 5 or more years of experience in strategy, transformation, or change management, preferably from Global Management
- Consulting Firms Strong strategic communications experience in developing executive-level materials, presentations, and stakeholder engagement content in consulting or transformation contexts
- Proven problem-solving skills including the ability to structure complex problems, apply hypothesis-driven thinking, and translate analysis into clear recommendations Experience
- in change management and organizational transformation with demonstrated success in driving adoption programs and stakeholder alignment
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and current AI trends with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in strategic contexts
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with experience coordinating internal workshops, communities of practice, or ambassador programs, as well as and presenting to diverse senior audiences
- Experience with analytical reporting including the ability to track transformation metrics and present strategic insights to stakeholders
It would be ideal if you also:
- Have familiarity with Generative AI tools and Machine Learning applications in business contexts
- Bring experience from agile environments or tech-driven transformation projects
- Have professional experience from working in regulated industries, i.e.
Banking, Government, etc.
- Have knowledge and familiarity with EU AI Act and other relevant AI regulations
