Job description
- Support customers via calls, live chat, and email
- Handle more complex issues from start to resolution
- Approve withdrawals and process KYC documentation
- Carry out security checks to keep our players and business safe
- Willingness to take on relevant ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish / Scandinavian and English
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
- Are comfortable working shifts (including some nights)
- Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
- Have previous customer service experience (that's a bonus!)
Training provided
Training is provided over the course of the first few months - the first month will focus on the basics of
providing a good customer experience, which will be followed by two months of shifts to hone the skills
obtained during the training period. The training will continue and conclude on Withdrawals and KYC
procedures.
