You will step into a key role in a major robotics-focused industrial program where production is being developed, transformed, and prepared for the future. The assignment covers sub-projects within a broader campus robotics initiative as well as other factory-related projects, including bringing new products into production.

You will work in a technical manufacturing environment with broad scope across the full production flow, from logistics and assembly to painting, testing, verification, quality assurance, relocation activities, and industrialization. You will collaborate with internal specialists from several disciplines and coordinate work with external consultants when needed.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence how future manufacturing is built in a complex robotics setting with clear impact on production performance and new product introduction.

• You will lead and coordinate sub-projects within production development, factory relocation, and industrialization.
• You will plan the work, drive execution, follow up on progress, and make sure deliveries stay aligned with project goals.
• You will manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across parallel initiatives.
• You will create alignment between sub-projects, the line organization, and global robotics teams.
• You will support the introduction of new products into manufacturing and help secure a smooth transition into production.
• You will work across the production flow, including logistics, assembly, painting, testing, verification, and quality assurance.

• You have experience working as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
• You have led projects related to production development, industrialization, factory activities, or the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• You are comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams with specialists from different technical areas.
• You have experience with planning, execution, follow-up, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• You have fluent English.
