You will step into a key role in a high-tech industrial environment where robotics, factory development, and new product introductions are shaping future manufacturing operations. The assignment focuses on leading sub-projects tied to production development and factory transformation, with responsibility for keeping several moving parts aligned across the full production flow.

You will work closely with specialists from several technical disciplines and collaborate with global robotics teams in an environment where logistics, assembly, painting, testing, verification, quality assurance, relocation, and industrialization all need to come together. • You will lead and coordinate sub-projects within production development, factory transformation, and new product introduction.
• You will plan, drive, and follow up activities from scope and execution through delivery.
• You will manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across several parallel projects.
• You will bring together cross-functional teams with internal specialists and external experts around shared goals.
• You will secure clear stakeholder communication and keep sub-projects aligned with the wider program and line organization.
• You will support industrialization and production-related changes across logistics, assembly, painting, testing, verification, and quality assurance.

• Experience working as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional work and coordinate several stakeholders in complex technical projects.
• Solid experience in planning, execution, follow-up, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and keep alignment across teams and sub-projects.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

• Experience from automation, production development, or other large-scale technical projects.
• Experience with factory relocation activities.
• Experience in industrialization and introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Experience working with global teams in an international industrial setting.
