We are now looking for operations leader for our restaurant function Food at IKEA Bäckebol. To strengthen our current team. ABOUT THIS WORK AREA

Our various areas of work within the Food function are cashier, dining room, sales, serving, dishwashing, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bistro, and the Food Store - Matbutiken.

Your primary task as an operations leader is to ensure that the daily operations run smoothly, both for our employees and customers. You do this, among other things, by supporting colleagues with customer matters/corrections and by making quick decisions for different situations that may arise across the function. If technical problems occur in connection with payment at any of our cash registers in the function, it is you who resolves them in a customer-oriented way. You act proactively regarding waiting times in the function and optimize staffing by distributing resources on a daily basis to maximize the customer's shopping experience. Our employees need to be where the customer is. You will be trained in several of our work areas, but to be as flexible as possible on the days you are scheduled as an operations leader, you will mainly be based in the dining room.

As an operations leader, you have the operational responsibility for leading the day in your department, while also being part of the team together with your colleagues. Within Food, we are currently about 60 employees across our various departments. We work together, are not afraid to roll up our sleeves or get sweaty at work – and we make sure to have fun along the way!

Work on both weekdays and every other weekend is included in the position, with scheduled varying working hours between 07: 00 and 20:30.

We are looking for an operations leader for a permanent position including a 6-month probation period with a contract measure of 32 hours/week (80%). Start date as soon as possible according to agreement. As an operations manager, you will be employed as a food co-worker with an additional responsibility allowance. Salary according to HRF's collective agreement. This position does not include personnel responsibility.
