Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior IAM Solution Architect

What You Will Work On

• Lead and align IAM architecture across teams and ARTs
• Define and evolve IAM reference architecture and capability models
• Translate security frameworks (ISO, NIST, OWASP) into practical guidelines
• Drive adoption of Zero Trust and identity-centric security approaches
• Facilitate architecture forums, design reviews, and decision-making processes
• Promote reuse, standardization, and scalable architectural practices
• Balance security, compliance, and business requirements
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, platform, and product teams
• Support risk and compliance alignment across the organization

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in complex, large-scale environments
• Strong background in IAM and identity-centric security
• Experience working in SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks
• Good understanding of security standards such as ISO, NIST, and OWASP
• Proven ability to drive alignment and facilitate architectural decisions
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic delivery approach
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented
