We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a global company in Gothenburg.

The team

The team's culture is based on collaboration and ownership. Instead of spoon-feeding individual team members with tasks, the team commits to delivering bigger user stories. User story breakdown and refinement are done collaboratively, on demand.

• Prefers to be in the office. Minimum 3-4 days/week during onboarding. 2-3 days/week is OK later on.
• Collaboration: Enjoy and want to do mob programming and task collaboration.
• Innovation & Flexibility: Open to learning, improving, and working with diverse technologies; enjoys refactoring and trying new.

Requirements:

• Go and Python
• Java
• AWS
• DevOps knowledge and a drive to work on monitoring, closing vulnerabilities, risk work etc.
• ISL + sometimes On-call: Mandatory
• Observability
• Stakeholder or Customer Interaction
• OEM Integration Support
• Experience working with legacy systems and refactoring (Java)

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso. Start is 24th May 2026 - 23rd May 2027, a one-year limited contract to begin with, with the possibility of extension after that. This role is 75% onsite in Gothenburg
