Join us in building Stockholm’s new metro and play a key role in one of Sweden’s largest infrastructure projects

We are currently offering an opportunity to be part of building the new Stockholm Metro. At Itinera, one of Europe’s leading construction companies, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, starting as soon as possible.

You will be part of a finance team of two colleagues, led by the Chief Accountant.

Main Responsibilities as an Accounting Assistant

• Post supplier invoices and accruals in SAP
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Prepare supplier payments in accordance with agreed payment terms
• Reconcile supplier statements of account
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience as an Accounting Assistant. You should hold a degree in finance or a related field or have an equivalent qualification. Experience with SAP (or a similar ERP system) is considered an advantage.

For this role, you need to be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English. You are detail-oriented, structured, and thrive in a project-driven environment.
