We are looking for a curious and driven Quality Improvement Coordinator who wants to make a real impact on how quality and efficiency come together in a modern manufacturing environment.
About the role In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our improvement journey—working closely with teams across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality, as well as with our external suppliers. Your focus will be to ensure that materials, processes, and supplier performance consistently meet our standards while identifying opportunities to improve how we work.
Your day-to-day work will include supporting the introduction of new materials and suppliers, keeping material specifications accurate and up to date, and following up on supplier performance. When quality issues arise, you’ll take an active role in investigating root causes and ensuring corrective actions are implemented—both internally and together with suppliers. You’ll also contribute to reporting, documentation, and audits, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping drive our factory’s quality and IWS journey forward.
This is a six-month consultancy assignment with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter. Working hours follow standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with a preferred start as soon as possible.
About you You likely have a couple of years of experience in quality, supplier management, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting, and you feel comfortable working close to both operations and suppliers. You have a structured way of working, an eye for detail, and enjoy keeping things organized—whether it’s documentation, data, or follow-ups.
You thrive in a dynamic and changing environment where priorities can shift, and you see that as an opportunity rather than a challenge. With a strong sense of self-leadership, you take ownership of your work, drive your tasks forward independently, and ensure things get done—even when not everything is fully defined.
At the same time, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when something needs fixing. You’re curious, proactive, and enjoy solving problems together with others. Strong communication comes naturally to you, and you’re comfortable collaborating across different functions and cultures.
You bring an understanding of material specifications, quality processes, and supplier management, and you’re familiar with tools like SAP. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies is a plus, as is any background in food safety or regulated environments.
