Graphical Application Development is responsible for software development of the instrument cluster and infotainment systems across all TRATON brands (MAN, Scania, International, and VW T&B). We are a key contributor to the major trends shaping the transportation industry, including software-defined vehicles, connectivity, and electrification.
Our mission is to create robust, intuitive, and reliable driver interaction systems that help drivers operate their vehicles safely, efficiently, and comfortably.
The unit Infotainment Development SWE develops core applications and functionality in the infotainment system used across TRATON brands. This includes applications such as telephony, connectivity services, the launcher application, and functionality for controlling vehicle features through the infotainment system.
The team consists of software engineers working in agile development teams, collaborating closely with platform, UX, and brand stakeholders across the TRATON organization. The development environment includes technologies such as Android Automotive, Kotlin/Java-based application development, and integration with other vehicle systems and connectivity services.
Your role
As Unit Manager for Infotainment Development SWE, you are responsible for leading and developing the unit from a people, delivery, and capability perspective. You apply a servant leadership mindset and create an environment where engineers can collaborate, grow, and deliver high-quality software and functions.

You hold a university degree in engineering or equivalent and have experience in software, systems or function development, together with leadership experience in a line management or technical leadership role.
